Several hiking trails start right from the house. The Bauges Massif Regional Nature Park, a designated UNESCO Global Geopark, offers dozens of routes for all levels.

The Col de Tamié runs right past the house. A few minutes in the saddle and you're on some of the most beautiful roads in the Alps — the ones used by the Tour de France.
